But please, I'll still ask. Banana Bread or Banana Cake? Which is correct? Before you say Bread, please show me the yeast. I used: 4 Bananas, 2 Eggs, 1/3 cups Vegetable Oil (you can use melted butter), 1/2 cups buttermilk (or regular milk), 1 tsp Vanilla Butternut Extract, 2 cups of All Purpose flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, a pinch of salt, and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder. 😩
