its been a while since I posted here and, by going through many previous posts, I confessed to myself that I have actually become redundant. I have been intellectually lazy.

Is it true that before colonialism, divorce in Hausaland was frequent and, most if not all, of the prostitutes as deviants of the acceptable norms of the society, had once been married?

'Blind trust in tradition is an inherited trait in human beings'

Someone should please tell Ganduje that the fire burning in his office is most important for him than the fire in the royal circle.

Ibn Khaldun is a great historian. Although I did not read history at school yet, having read couple of lines from his Introduction to History, I marvelled at the broad mind the great thinker had had during his time.

Like I said, I am now a lazy reader. I have been reading Kamal's Imam of The corner Mosque' for a month. A book of only one hundred and eleven pages.
That's absolute laziness!

Of all Arewa fiction writers, Aliyu kamal is my favourite author. He truly represents Hausa as far as world of literature is concerned. The professor depicts genuine culture of the Hausa people in its totality, with no distant gaze.

A guy almost misled me by telling me his opinion of someone.

I wanted something desperately and the man was the only one from whom I could get it therefore, I asked the guy. He said, 'he will not give you, he is very ru*de'. In spite of the pessimism, I went up to the man and made my request. Surprisingly, I got more than I asked for.

Don't hate or like people based on other people's opinion of them.

Have it your own way.

I recently decided to start this get - rich - overnight crypto business but, on reason of my aversion to long suspense; waiting for an uncertainty while I glue my thumb onto the screen of my phone, counting coins every day like a child to passing cars on the road saying 'that's my dad's car'! I quit.

Marriage would be a regret if the spouse is garrulous. Such people talk at length about insignificant things.

A woman I know always ends a nice conversation with scuffs.
