Recently, a self-proclaimed gospel singer in Abuja allegedly committed a heinous crime, sacrificing a lady for financial gain. Similarly, Abdurahman Mohammed Bello, a purported Islamic scholar in Ilorin, allegedly murdered an innocent girl, Yetunde Lawal. They reportedly met on Facebook, and he invited her to his residence, where he allegedly strangled and dismembered her body for ritual purposes. Who can we truly trust? Let us exercise caution and discernment. Be cautious when interacting with individuals who exploit their religious affiliation for personal gain. Some individuals may present themselves as trustworthy but are actually malicious. May the truth continue to be revealed, guiding us toward wisdom and understanding.
