What Goes Around Comes Around

I lost my parents when I was only 12 years old.

After their death, my uncle took me into his home, hoping to care for me
But the moment his wife saw me, my life became a nightmare.

She was angry about my presence and told my uncle that she did not want me in their house and that he should send me away.

My uncle refused, but instead of accepting me, she started treating me badly.

I suffered so much pain and neglect that people in the neighborhood began to call me a little mad boy because of my appearance and the condition I was living in.

I went through years of hardship, loneliness, and rejection.

But with the help and kindness of some of our neighbors, my situation gradually changed.

God used people around me to lift me up, and I eventually became the person He wanted me to be.

To cut the long story short, after I secured a good job and started living a better life, I discovered that my uncle and his wife were facing serious health challenges.

Their children could not afford to take proper care of them, and now they are asking me for help.

The painful part is that I am struggling in my heart because, when I needed love and care the most, they did not treat me as family.

They rejected me when I was helpless, but today many people are calling and begging me to support them.

I am deeply troubled in my spirit
I do not know what the right thing to do is.

Should I help them because they are still my family, or should I protect my heart because of the pain I suffered?

I sincerely need advice. :::
