`And I have also given thee that which thou hast not asked, both riches, and honour: so that there shall not be any among the kings like unto thee all thy days.`

*Simple meaning:*
This was God talking to King Solomon. After Solomon asked for *wisdom* instead of riches or long life, God was pleased and blessed him with even more.

God said: _"Because you asked for wisdom, I’m also giving you riches and honor that no other king will have."_

*Key lesson for us:*
When we put God first and ask for wisdom to serve Him well, He adds other blessings too. Matthew 6:33 says the same thing.
