Indicative Price*: The price is expected to be around N525 per share*, within an indicative range of N500 to N595* ($0.38 to $0.45).

Offer Size*: The company is offering *4.1 billion ordinary shares*, which could raise approximately *N2.15 trillion* ($1.55bn - $1.8bn). There is also an option to issue additional shares if demand is high.

Valuation At the N525 price point, the refinery’s implied valuation is approximately *$47 billion.
Purposes The funds raised are intended to expand the refinery’s capacity from its current level to 1.4 million barrels per day

which would make it the largest refinery in the world.
