It's easy to criticize others for their mistakes,but how do you respond when you make mistakes?

It's easy to ask others to be punctual,but do you value other people's time?

It's easy to demand excellence from others, but do you give your best?

It's easy to ask others to communicate better,but are you communicating clearly?

It's easy to ask others to learn and improve,but are you willing to learn and change?

It's easy to expect loyalty,but are you loyal?

It's easy to ask others to take responsibility,but do you take responsibility for your own actions?

It's easy to ask others to forgive,but are you willing to forgive?

It's easy to ask others to support your dreams,but do you support the dreams of others?

It's easy to demand accountability from leaders,but are you accountable in your own sphere of influence?

Not every vision will make sense to everyone especially in the beginning.

Some will question it,Some will doubt you,Some may only see the risks and not the outcome.

People's opinion are important but it shouldn't define who you are.

We can seek counsel but we must be careful because many dreams have been abandoned,businesses never started,talents buried and destinies delayed because of the question "What will people say?"

Mutumina,the truth is,people will always have something to say weather you like it or not.

If you succeed,they will talk,If you fail,they will talk,If you stay the same,they will still talk therefore don't allow the voices of others to become louder than the purpose God has placed in your heart.

Your life is not meant to be controlled by the public or people's opinion but by God's counsel and your convictions.

Growth requires courage and courage often means moving forward even when you know some people will misunderstand,criticize or doubt you but
Remember,those who criticize your beginning are rarely present to celebrate your journey.

Focus on becoming the person God has called you to be,not the person everyone expects you to be.

You can have great ideas,talent,resources and opportunities,but if your attention is constantly divided,your progress will also be divided.

Focus involves knowing what matters most and deliberately giving it your time, energy,attention and resources.

When you focus:
You become clearer about your goals.
You avoid unnecessary distractions.
You improve your skills faster.
You make better decisions.
You are more likely to finish what you start.
Your small efforts begin to produce significant results.

A person who keeps changing direction may be busy every day but still make little progress.

Sometimes,the problem is not lack of opportunity,it is lack of concentration on one important direction long enough to see results.

You don't have to do everything at once but you must Identify what matters most, commit to it and give it your best.

Remember mutumina where your attention goes,your energy follows and where your energy goes consistently results begin to grow towards that direction.

How long you have been doing a thing is good,but it does not guarantee success.

Experience is valuable,but experience alone is not enough.

Success comes from continuous learning, adapting,improving and applying the insights gained.

You can spend many years doing the same thing without growing if you refuse to change or develop your skills.

Time gives us opportunities to learn and grow in other to produces sustainable results.

Never rely solely on the number of years you've been in a field,Focus on becoming better than you were yesterday.

Let every year add value,not just age.
