Good morning everyone
So today we will be talking on simple tips on how to live healthy


1. Nutrition & Hydration

Eat a balanced diet with fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats.

Limit processed foods, added sugar, and excess salt.

Drink enough water daily (about 2–3 liters depending on your body and activity).

Avoid excessive alcohol and sugary drinks.

2. Physical Activity

Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise (like brisk walking) most days.

Include strength training 2–3 times per week.

Stay active in small ways—take stairs, stretch, walk short distances.

3. Sleep & Rest

Get 7–9 hours of quality sleep every night.

Keep a regular sleep schedule.

Limit screen time before bed and create a calm sleep environment.

4. Mental Health & Stress Management

Practice mindfulness, prayer, or meditation.

Take breaks and don’t overwork yourself.

Build strong, supportive relationships.

Seek help when you feel overwhelmed.

5. Preventive Health

Go for regular checkups and screenings.

Keep vaccinations up to date.

Practice safe hygiene (handwashing, oral care, clean surroundings).

6. Healthy Habits
