I’ve noticed that each time I give myself the task of doing a Novena on Mary Undoer of knots 🪢
That there’s always distractions and I experience this sudden weakness of the body, that if I don’t push too hard to resist, it’ll take over that day.

But here’s the thing eeeeh, It’s the devil that’s at work. He knows that whenever I successfully finish my Novena that there’s always a ‘Miracle.
Even before I finish up.

So I had to think of possible ways to defeat him.

And these are the few things that has helped me remained determined and focused :

> I always pray against spirit of distraction and procrastination.

> I set prayer reminder.

>I make sure the Booklet and rosary
are not far-fetched.

> I put a stop to everything I’m doing
once it’s prayer time.

> I start with praises and worship to
lift my spirit.

> I make it a habit to sit straight up on
the couch or walk around.

> I don’t take calls or read messages.

> I try as much as I could to Maintain a
serene environment.

> I drink water from time to time.

These 👆few things I mentioned above could be of help to you too ☺️❤️ Just try it.

Days ago at night…., my phone went down and I was left with just my rechargeable lamp. Later on, the lamp went dead too, and the whole room was in total darkness.

Lamp down !

I didn’t know what to do, I couldn’t even predict what the time was cause I slept off in the course of reading a novel. I had to look through my room window to know if people were still walking in the street and to the glory of God and to the shame of Satan, people were…Infact, the provision store opposite my house that closes earlier than supposed was still open.

But the problem was, how I could find my clothes and shoes, so I started with touching my bed, wardrobe, mirror etc,,,, like a blind man looking for his stick. The next thing I touched was my “Ghana must go bag”, though it was zipped but there were clothes on it but I couldn’t tell which was which, one at a time I felt each clothes with my hands to know if I could identify any. And fortunately,I was able to identify my trouser, the exact one I wore to work that day.

It was a relief for me, cause I was gradually becoming frustrated with the whole blind search. I reached for my pocket, dipped my hands in and brought out the money that was in it and my rosary came out with it too.

The moment the rosary got out, I could see the light 💡 that was the only light in the room. As dime it was, it shined like ‘hope’. The rosary light gave me the hope that I wasn’t alone, that I was no longer in darkness.
*It takes a little light to get rid of darkness *

So here’s the thing eeeeh…

That light from the rosary represents Jesus to me and it could to you too if you believe.

That light shows that even in the dark we are not alone, even in the darkest dark, we are still not alone.

At times, we might be going through hard times and seasons, thinking that we are alone, thinking that no one cares. But it’s not true.
God is and has always been with us !
He cares !
He just wants you to feel His presence…To accept that you can’t do it alone…

SO BE STRONG AND OF GOOD COURAGE….

There’s this woman that sells food beside our shop, I usually see the crowd that surrounds her…And it got me thinking she could be a good cook. But there’s something I disliked about the crowd, I dislike how they stand too close to her, and while she serves them you’ll see some talking into the cooler of rice and some using their hands to point to the kind of meat they want.

So yesterday, I didn’t come to work with food and so as I was becoming hungry I sent for coke & buns and after taking it, it didn’t serve as food for me. I wanted real food, like real food.

One of the staff persuaded me to go buy food from that woman, knowing that I would still say no, he offered to pay for my lunch. Omoh ! I had to go oooo

Reaching there, there was the usual crowd…Customers were talking, pointing, changing standing positions, but I overlooked and stood there waiting for my turn.

When it got to my turn I told her what I wanted….(okra & Amala)
And when she opened her pot of okra soup, I got discouraged. I almost changed my mind but hunger is nobody’s friend.

She served me my okra and amala, so as she was about putting it in a nylon bag, the amala fell inside her pot of soup. She obviously forgot to close her pot of soup that’s why….my amala sank yakata inside her pot of okra.

And one aboki from nowhere just put his right hand inside the pot of soup to bring out my Amala 😭And after he succeeded in bringing it out, the mamaput woman said to him…..“thank you Abdul”.

Abdul’s hand was soaked with soup and he licked it.

Jeeeez 😭

My belle full immediately.

As if that wasn’t enough. The so called mamput woman blew her nose with her right hand and cleaned it on her apron 😩

Teach your children “communication.

Teach them to speak up

Allow them say NO

Don’t shut them up !

They should express their feelings.

Study them.

Don’t allow strangers get to know them before you.
