Technically, Zina refers to sexual in*******se. However, the steps leading to Zina have also been called Zina in a hadeeth. So, these steps like looking, touching, communicating and so on are haram, and should be avoided.
The Prophet (ﷺ) said:
“Allah has written the very portion of Zina which a person will indulge in. There will be no escape from it. The Zina of the eyes is the (lustful) look. The Zina of the ears is listening (to voluptuous songs or talk). The Zina of the hand is the (lustful) grip. The Zina of the feet is walking (to the place where a person intends to commit Zina). The heart yearns and desires, and the private parts approve or disapprove it.”

باسمك ربي وضعت جنبي وبك ارفعه .. إن امسكت نفسي فارحمها وإن أرسلتها فاحفظها بما تحفظ به عبادك الصالحين.

اللهم إنك خلقت نفسي وأنت تتوفاها لك مماتها ومحياها إن احييتها فاحفظها وإن أمتها فأغفر لها .. اللهم إني أسألك العافية.

اللهم قني عذابك يوم تبعث عبادك. 3مرات

باسمك اللهم أموت وأحيا.

الحمد لله الذي أطعمنا وسقانا وكافانا وآوانا فكم ممن لا كافي له ولا مئوي .

اللهم أنت ربي لا إله إلا أنت خلقتني وأنا عبدك وأنا على عهدك ووعدك ما استطعت .. أعوذ بك من شر ما صنعت أبوء لك بنعمتك علي وأبوء بذنبي فاغفر لي فإنه لا يغفر الذنوب إلا أنت.

اللهم عالم الغيب والشهادة فاطر السماوات والأرض رب كل شيءٍ ومليكه أشهد أن لا إله إلا أنت أعوذ بك من شر نفسي ومن شر الشيطان وشركه وأن اقترف على نفسي سوءاً او أَجُرُهُ إلى مسلم.

اللهم أسلمت نفسي إليك ووجهت وجهي إليك وفوضت أمري إليك وألجأت ظهري إليك .. لا ملجأ ولا منجا منك إلا إليك.. آمنت بكتابك الذي أنزلت وبنبيك الذي أرسلت.

آية الكرسي.
آخر آيتين من سورة البقرة.

سورة الكافرون
أوصى النبي ﷺ بقرائتها عند النوم فإنها براءة من الشرك.

وامسح ذنوبك قبل النوم:
‏قال النبي ﷺ من قال حين يأوي إلى فراشه ؛
‏( لا اله الا الله وحده لا شريك له، له الملك وله الحمد هو على كل شي قدير ، لا حول ولا قوة الا بالله العلي العظيم ، سبحان الله وبحمده والحمدالله ولا اله الا الله والله اكبر ).
‏غُفرت ذنوبه ولو كانت مثل زبد البحر 🤍

*انفضوا الفراش ثلاث مرات وجددوا التوبة واعفوا عن الناس وصلوا وتركم والأفضل بعد صلاة التهجد قبل الفجر فمن لم يستطع فليصليها قبل نومه*.

📌ولا تنسوا النوم على الشق الأيمن سنة عن الحبيب ﷺ ♥️

*ما أجملها من وصايا نبوية لتزيد الطمأنينة وتبعث في النفس الراحة والأمان*..
