Love for Nigeria must go beyond party colors, personalities, and momentary passions. Nations are preserved by discipline in leadership, respect for institutions, and a collective memory that learns from past mistakes rather than repeating them.
True patriotism is not loud; it is consistent. It is the courage to defend Nigeria’s long-term interests even when it is unpopular, and the wisdom to place national stability above personal ambition.
If we truly love this country, our politics must be guided not by sentiments, but by responsibility because history remembers those who protected the nation, not those who merely spoke in its name.
