I, Hajiya Uwani Ahmed Balarabe, President of the All Nigeria Confederation of Principals of Secondary Schools (ANCOPSS), Kano State Chapter, wish to express my profound gratitude and sincere appreciation to His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kano State, for the refund of registration fees paid by participants from Kano State who attended the ANCOPSS National Congresses held in Imo State and Sokoto State.

This thoughtful and generous gesture reflects the Government's unwavering commitment to the welfare, professional development, and motivation of educational administrators across Kano State. The refund has provided significant relief to beneficiaries and further demonstrates the administration's dedication to supporting the education sector and strengthening educational leadership.

I also wish to sincerely appreciate the Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Umar Faruk Ibrahim; the Honourable Commissioner for Education, Gwani Dr. Ali Haruna Makoda; the Executive Secretary, Kano State Senior Secondary Schools Management Board, Hon.
