Yakasai, who attended the convention and actively participated as a member of the Transport and Accommodation Committee, congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and party stakeholders on the exercise, which drew thousands of members from across the country. He praised the conduct of 8,453 delegates and party members, saying it demonstrated the party's organisational capacity. Yakasai also congratulated APC National Chairman, Professor Nentawe Yilwatda, and the National Working Committee, expressing optimism about the party's prospects in 2027. "By God's Grace, victory will be ours from the National to the State and Local Levels," he said.

Hon.Abdullahi Tanko Yakasai, Senior Special Assistant to the President on Community Engagement (North-West), has extended warm birthday wishes to President Bola Tinubu on his 74th birthday anniversary.

In a statement, Yakasai described President Tinubu as a transformative leader steering Nigeria towards a brighter future under the Renewed Hope administration.

He lauded President Tinubu's commitment to national development, particularly his focus on infrastructural growth in the North-West region.
