In Delta today, we dey face plenty wahala — from sickness wey fit be avoided, to poor hygiene wey dey cause harm quietly.
But small changes fit save big lives.
Do you know say only about 17% of Nigerians wash their hands at the right time — like before eating, after using toilet, or when dem return from market? 😮
That small habit fit stop things like cholera, typhoid, and other sickness wey dey disturb our communities.
Here’s how to wash your hands the right way (even if water no too dey):
1️⃣ Wet your hands — clean water (even bucket water).
2️⃣ Use soap (bar or liquid).
3️⃣ Scrub between fingers, under nails, and back of hands for at least 20 seconds.
4️⃣ Rinse well.
5️⃣ Dry with clean towel or let am air dry.
💡 Tip: No running tap? Use a small bucket with a tap or “tippy-tap.” You fit even cut gallon head and fix small hose — e works!
