So, they plead with the court for secret or secure declaration rather than open declaration

Things i need you to know about this case is this.

It is not a criminal case against President TINUBU

It is an administrative public records suit against U.S. government agencies.
Hence, The U.S. court cannot find him guilty or innocent here, as there are no active criminal charges, indictments, or criminal prosecutions against President Tinubu in the United States.
