Why every landlord need to serve their tenants FIXED TENANCY AGREEMENT

If you are a Landlord here, no dull yourself ooooooo

1. You don't need to serve your tenant Notice to Quit

2. The tenancy expires naturally by effluxion of time.

3. Since the Notice to Quit is unnecessary, you only need to serve a 7-day Notice of Owner's Intention to Apply to Recover Possession to initiate legal eviction proceedings if the tenant refuses to leave.

4. In court, proving the end of the tenancy is straightforward because the written agreement serves as conclusive evidence of the agreed exit date.

5. Evicting your tenant is much faster, easieri and no much court delays.
No need for unnecessary adjournment for the Eviction process in court

6. If the tenant wish to renew their rent, they must pay at least one month before their rent expires m, failure to renew before their rent expires ends their tenancy automatically

E sweet oooooo

So oga Landlord
You need to change your tenancy agreement to fixed term tenancy Asap
