THE HEARTS TECH FOR WADADA TRAIN HIT NASARAWA WEST!

The HEARTS Tech for Wadada training in Nasarawa West Senatorial District has successfully come to a close.

Representing the Honourable Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs, NGOs, and Disaster Management, Nasarawa State, Hon. Mohammed Baba Shehu, the programme was marked with a strong message of commitment to youth development, digital inclusion, and empowering young people with skills for the future.

From learning to creating, these young minds have gained practical digital knowledge, confidence, and the tools to take advantage of opportunities in today’s technology driven world.
This is more than a training programme it is an investment in our young people and the future of Nasarawa State.

Today, we celebrate the participants, trainers, organisers, and partners whose dedication made this milestone possible.

The HEARTS TECH FOR WADADA initiative is taking another important step in its mission to empower the next generation of Nasarawa youths.

As part of the programme, the Director-General of the Nasarawa State Information Technology and Digital Economy Agency (NASITDEA), Haruna Sani Sani, presented the HEARTS TECH FOR WADADA initiative to the Director-General of the Nasarawa State Human Capital Development Agency, Hajiya Habiba Balarabe.

The engagement represents more than a presentation. It reflects a growing vision for a digitally skilled, economically empowered and opportunity-ready generation of young Nasarawans.

Driven by the vision behind the HEARTS Agenda of Senator Ahmed Aliyu Wadada, the initiative seeks to move youth empowerment beyond promises and into practical skills, access to technology, innovation and opportunities that can translate into sustainable livelihoods.

From the classroom to the digital economy, HEARTS TECH FOR WADADA is creating a pathway for young people to learn today, build tomorrow and become active contributors to the development of Nasarawa State.

NASARAWA NORTH PHASE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED!
Another milestone has been achieved as the HEARTS TECH FOR WADADA initiative successfully concludes its training programme in Nasarawa North Senatorial Zone.

The programme brought together young minds with a shared ambition to learn, acquire digital skills, innovate, and prepare themselves for the opportunities of the future.

The closing ceremony was honoured by the presence of the Director General,NASITDEA, Alhaji Khalid Yusuf Sule (Sarkin Yakin Gudi), who demonstrated his support for youth development and presented gifts to deserving participants.

Also in attendance was Hon. Sadiq Dandaura, SA to the Executive Governor on NCDC, who further encouraged the participants and presented gifts as part of the programme's commitment to recognising and motivating young talents.

The smiles, excitement and enthusiasm of the participants are a clear reminder that when we invest in our young people, we invest in the future of Nasarawa State.

HEARTS TECH FOR WADADA | NASARAWA SOUTH TRAINING CONCLUDES
Today marks the successful completion of the HEARTS TECH FOR WADADA Digital Skills Training in the Nasarawa South Senatorial Zone.

During the two-day training, young people were equipped with essential computer literacy, digital skills, and practical knowledge needed to navigate today’s technology-driven world. The training provided participants with hands-on experience, strengthened their confidence, and better prepared them to take advantage of opportunities in the digital economy.

The closing session was graced by the Director General, Nasarawa State Information Technology and Digital Economy Agency, who delivered an inspiring closing remark and encouraged the participants to remain committed to learning, embrace innovation, and put their newly acquired skills to productive use.

A special highlight of the day was the presentation of a gift to the best-performing student, who emerged as the top participant following the assessment test and demonstrated outstanding performance throughout the training.

This is more than a training programme. It is an investment in young people, an investment in digital knowledge, and an investment in the future of Nasarawa State.
