To push through, many take coffee, energy drinks, or even late-night food, promising themselves they will catch up on rest later.

But the truth is this:

▪ It can’t be cheated for long
▪ It always sends a bill

Soon the signs will show:
▪ Headaches in the morning
▪ Weakness in the body
▪ Poor focus and low productivity
▪ Mood swings
▪ Stress that feels heavier than it should

HOW TO AVOID IT
▪ Let your phone rest when it’s bedtime
▪ Movies and chats can wait till tomorrow
▪ Manage overthinking before you lie down
▪ Reduce caffeine and late-night meals
▪ Create a calm, quiet environment for real rest

PRINCIPLE
Sleep is not laziness, it is healing.

Most times, dehydration doesn’t happen in one big moment. It builds up quietly.

You wake up, brush, eat, maybe take coffee or a soda, and rush into the day. Before you know it, six hours have passed, and you’ve not had one proper glass of water.

The body tries to warn you:
▪ Dry mouth
▪ Headaches
▪ Fatigue or dizziness
▪ Dull skin

But because these signs feel “normal,” we brush them off.

I used to think dehydration only happens when someone faints under the sun. But the truth is, mild dehydration happens every single day when we:
▪ Sweat a lot without replacing fluids
▪ Take too much alcohol, coffee, or energy drinks
▪ Depend only on soft drinks instead of water
▪ Ignore our thirst signals

The scary part? Long-term dehydration doesn’t just make you thirsty. It weakens concentration, strains the kidney, and can even affect your heart.

HOW TO AVOID IT
▪ Start your day with water before anything else
▪ Carry a water bottle everywhere you go
▪ Don’t wait until you feel “seriously thirsty”
