Yesterday, I told myself, “Tomorrow, I’m waking up early to exercise.”
This morning… my bed whispered, “Stay with me, we’re meant to be together.” 😅
But guess what? I still got up, put on my sneakers, and started stretching. Five minutes in, I felt like an Olympic athlete. Ten minutes in, I realized… even my shadow was sweating. 🤣
Moral of the story: exercise doesn’t always look pretty, but it always feels rewarding. If you can laugh at yourself while doing it, you’re already stronger than yesterday 💪✨
So, here’s your reminder: Don’t wait for motivation, just start moving. Your body will thank you (eventually).
