UPDATE ON MY FIRST JOURNEY TO PORT HARCOURT FOR A MOVIE PRODUCTION
A DREAM COME TRUE
I’ve always had a strong desire to visit Port Harcourt for a movie audition or production, especially since a few people have already connected with Dreamers TV Show. However, figuring out how to make it happen seemed like a challenge. But all glory to God, this dream has finally become a reality! Not only did we hold an audition, but we also produced two short films that you should definitely look forward to.
During this journey, I met incredibly talented actors and actresses who are passionate about spreading the message of Christ through movies. One of the greatest honors was meeting The Lord’s Chosen State Pastor of Port Harcourt in his splendid office. The counseling and encouragement I received from him were unforgettable and unmatched since I started creating Christian movie content.
To top it off, the number of people who joined us—beyond those who came for auditions and movie shooting—was truly inspiring. This experience has strengthened my resolve to return to Port Harcourt next year for a major movie production.
The entire experience has reignited my passion for filmmaking, and I’m determined to be even more focused next year. I believe 2025 will be far better and more productive than previous years.
My heartfelt gratitude goes to The Lord’s Chosen State Pastor of Port Harcourt, Pastor Timothy, his wife, and the leaders. I also deeply appreciate the pastors I met there and the Dreamers TV Show team in Rivers State as a whole.
May God bless them all for their love, care, and warm hospitality during my time in Port Harcourt.
Now that I’m back in Benin City, the question is: Which state is next? Who will take the lead? I’m ready to visit your state next year, 2025, if Christ tarries!
