All the men in the bus demanded,
"Excuse me mister man!!

Right now, it is hot and heated in the bus......
Even the driver want to know the last number the man called🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Needs vary and differ based on individuals’ s*x. age , marital status ,financial strength or capabilities
WANTS; Human wants are insatiably .These are things which you wish to have but they are not so urgent or pressing .,for example a car is a want when compared to your child’s school fees or educational savings,you can live your life without car but child’s education is vital and cannot be compromised
DEMANDS; This is the want for a specific product backed by an ability to pay. Demands are effective when they are backed up with the ability to pay by the customers.
PRODUCTS ; These are the goods and services offered to the buyer by the marketer or seller. There are vast availability of range of products like goods and services that customers or consumers can select from .

ECONOMIC HISTORY OF THE ASIAN TIGERS AND JAPAN (1960-2000)
The term Asian Tiger refers to a group of countries in the south east of Asia which includes Hong Kong which is the administrative zone of China, Taiwan, Singapore, South Korea and Indonesia from 1960 to the year 2000, these Asia Economies did something miraculous hence they are popularly referred to as the Asian Miracles. There was this aggression to develop their economies. The south east Asia states have placed regional economic integration as a top priority. They formed Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) with the ambition of becoming an official Economic Community in 2015.
In that short period of 40 years, those five Economies really became a big part of the workshop of the world. They were not just regional players expanding locally they were expanding globally.
THE JAPANESE MIRACLE
The Japanese Miracle refers to Japan’s phenomenal economic recovery following the devastation of the World War II. Within short decades of its capitulation Japan had joined the community of prosperous nations.

The daughter went to the used car lot, returned to her father and said, “They offered me $1,000 because the said it looks pretty worn out.”

The father said, now “Take it to the pawn shop.” The daughter went to the pawn shop, returned to her father and said,”The pawn shop offered only $100 because it is an old car.”

The father asked his daughter to go to a car club now and show them the car. The daughter then took the car to the club, returned and told her father,” Some people in the club offered $100,000 for it because it’s a Nissan Skyline R34, it's an iconic car and sought by many collectors”

Now the father said this to his daughter, “The right place values you the right way,” If you are not valued, do not be angry, it means you are in the wrong place. Those who know your value are those who appreciate you......Never stay in a place where no one sees your value.

Meaning of Conflict
Conflict is the absence of tranquility. It is a
situation in which people, groups, communities
or countries are involved in serious
disagreement. The disagreement or controversy
often results in crises and its accompanying
violent destruction of lives and properties. It is
an ill wind that blows no good to anybody.
Because nothing good comes from conflict, it
needs to be quickly resolved anytime it rears its
ugly head.
Skills for Resolving Inter-communal Conflicts
Conflict is an unavoidable reality in inter-
communal relationships. Therefore everyone must
be equipped with the necessary skills required to
prevent a recurrence of conflicts. These skills
includes:
(i) Mediation: This is a process where a third
party intervenes between two or more
communities having issues with the aim of
resolving their differences on the issues in order
to prevent violence.
(ii) Compensation: This is made to aggrieved
people by individuals, groups or government. It is
usually in cash or kind.

The Meaning of Inter-communal Relationship
Inter-communal means existing between
communities. Inter-communal relationship is,
therefore, the way one community behaves
towards another. It is the attitude of a
community towards another. Such attitude or
relationship can manifest in different ways. It
could be harmonious, cordial, reverential or
chaotic, disorderly and un-cordial. Whichever way
it manifests, it is a function of communal ideals,
customs, norms and world views. The
relationship existing between a group sharing
accommodation, goods, services, beliefs, religion
and geographical boundaries or space is also
referred to as “inter-communal relationship”. In
Nigeria, there have been several communal feuds
(quarrel) at different times. At times, they occur
between people who have the same historical
background, that is, people that have co-existed
for hundreds of years through inter-marriage and
trade relations. At the end of this long quarrel/
bitterness, wanton destruction of lives and
properties are usually the outcome.
Ideally, communities are supposed to co-exist
happily, peacefully and harmoniously. Inter-
communal relationship is a clarion call for
peaceful co-existence in spite of dialectical,
cultural, religious or traditional differences
