It's a common mistake to say, "I don't work hard, I work smart." This is like saying, "I don't like rice, I prefer hot food." Rice is a type of food, while "hot" is an adjective that describes the temperature of food.

Similarly, work can be smart or lame, while the level of effort and commitment you put into it is where HARD work comes into play.

To achieve extraordinary results, you need to go the extra mile and work 10 times harder than the average person.

Conclusion: Identify a smart work/occupation/industry/business model/niche and work HARD in it.
