WHEN I DIE, WHO WILL CRY FOR ME? is a sober question we all need to ask ourselves.

There are 3 things we all need to understand about life:

How long we live, how we live and how we'll die has been pre-determined by God.

In the book of Hebrews, God is referred to as the "Father of spirits"
meaning all spirits in this world (both good and evil spirits) are subject to God's final authority and control. (Heb. 12:9)

For example: A lying spirit would have to go take permission from God first before he can deceive the majority of people who hate to hear the truth (1 Kings 22:21-23, 2 Thess. 2:11) and the spirit of death would have to go get a license from God first before taking the life of anyone. (Job 2:6, Isaiah 65:8)

We may not understand why God does certain things according to Isaiah 45:7
But one thing is certain: God is good and He never intends evil for anyone (Lam. 3:33)

Understanding this mystery of God's character would help us to be more careful about the way we live our lives and how we treat people because people are the image of God.

God spoke concerning the death of Jehoiakim in the bible by saying
"They shall not lament for him, saying, Ah my brother! or, Ah sister" because the man never saw or took anyone as a brother or a Sister. He was not remembered as being a loving King! ☹️

So God completed his verdict by saying "He shall be buried with the burial of an ass" 😔😔😔😔😔😔(Jer. 22:19)

My dear brothers and Sisters, I want to ask you this sobering question again on this 1st day in the month of August..
What will people remember you for when you are gone? 😪
How much love have you shown to the people around you since God placed you in your position of power and leadership?

Let's take out time to think about this sobering question through out the month of August because someday, we all will be accountable to God.
