One thing i’ve learned on my fitness journey is that core training is not just about getting a flatter belly 😊 as a cs mom of two, strengthening my deep core and learning proper core engagement has made a huge difference for me 💪 this movement helps with deep core activation, stability and overall core strength.

Before my workout today, my body was not ready at all.

Even after my dynamic stretches, I was honestly considering stopping and just ending the session there.

That’s the part people don’t talk about enough.

You will not always feel motivated.
Some days your body feels heavy.
Some days your mind resists movement.

But I decided to continue anyway.

And funny enough?
By the time I finished my workout, my body felt amazing.

That’s one thing I’ve learned on this journey:

The days you feel least motivated are sometimes the days you need movement the most.

Not every workout starts with energy.
Sometimes the energy comes after you start.
