A young security guard worked at a large company.

Every morning, he greeted everyone with a smile.
Many people ignored him because of his position, but he remained respectful and diligent.

During his break time, he would read books, learn new skills online, and study how the company operated.

Some people laughed at him and said,
"Why are you stressing yourself? You're just a security guard."
Years passed.

One day, a department needed a supervisor urgently.

The company leaders remembered the security guard who was always punctual, trustworthy, and eager to learn.
They gave him an opportunity.
He worked hard and continued improving himself.

A few years later, he became a manager in the same company.

When people asked him the secret of his success, he replied,
