I had to start browsing what could be the reason 😹

It was so annoying because I would risk to leave house early to get a closer number , then when it gets to my turn, my thumb won’t show up. Then everyone having the same issue will be asked to wait till they attend to others first🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ when they are done around 4-5pm, that’s when they will begin to attend to us using manual method .

My first experience ehh(first clearance), I almost cried because I was already thinking of how my dashboard will show absent even when I was present. To make the matter worst, those of us who were newbies, we just came out from camp. we were clueless and we didn’t know they were still going to attend us, they didn’t even tell us anything because if they had told us they were going to use manual method after they must have attended to everyone, we would relax and wait. So we were just panicking , hungry and tired.
