This is How To Take History From Patient

1) inspection= looking at the body.

2) palpitations=feeling the body with fingers or hands.

3) percussion=producing sounds, usually by tapping on specific area of the body.

4) Auscultation= is the term for listening to the internal sounds of the body, usually using a sethoscope.

Blood grouping
Basically we have 4 types of blood grouping:
1) group A=AO donate
2) group B=BO donate
3) group AB=AB all will donate
4) group O=O only.

If their is rehesus factor that person is said to be positive but if their is no rehesus that is negative. Blood group AB is University recipient that can recevice from any other group A,B, and O.
The commonest blood group is A in a case of marriage, if the woman is negative and the is positive the comprassbility of the blood is in question therefore when ever the woman is pregnant and Anti-D most be given to the woman within 72hrs after delivery.
