When you are contented with what you have,or where you are , you would realize that you don't need to be in an unnecessary competition with whosoever !

Ojukokoro breeds envy, jealousy, unhealthy competition ........

That is why someone that has more than you have , is still concerned about the little that you have ....
When you lack contentment, you would obviously lack Peace ......

Contentment is a great gain !!!

So I came across this quote by John C Maxwell 👇 this week,
The quality of your effort today determines the magnitude of your success tomorrow.
Now, how do you feel, when your efforts is being recognized probably by your supervisor, or by a team member, it could be anybody actually?

You feel elated right ?

Most successful people today in various organizations or businesses, had incorporated extra efforts in whatever they found themselves doing.

Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.....

Honestly, those little efforts you put in whatever you do counts !!
FOCUS on those small actions you take each day, as they contribute to your long term success.

At your work place, Don't fill discouraged, someone might be watching, one day your efforts will be recognized !

Hello Lovelies 🥰

The second half of the year has begun !! 💃

Some days back I had a conversation with a friend , on how this year is running so fast, like when did we all shouted happy New year ? and boom it's July 😄

We also spoke about a particular project she never wanted to start at the beginning of the year, for some weird reasons 😂, some how she started this project and she can't even believe on how far she had gone on this project.

Sometimes, we just have to be courageous to take some BOLD steps!!

Courage requires us to stand up for what we believe in, to express our true thoughts and feelings, and to pursue our passions, even when faced with opposition or potential failure.

Courage is necessary for personal growth, pushing us to pursue our goals by taking risks and stepping out of our comfort zones.

I dare you to be Courageous today,
Take that bold step, don't be Timid !!
Nobody will be courageous for you, not even your SPOUSE,

like I told my friend, she took the Bull by the Horn 😄, and now she is satisfied at that step she took.

Being courageous is not in how big you are in size, you can be on the bigger size and still not be courageous to take certain important steps.

Life Shrinks or expands in proportion to one's Courage.

You are where you are today, as a result of some courageous steps you took few years ago .

You must have heard about this "The journey of a thousand miles begins with a step" (Infact, this was my favourite quote while growing up 😅).

Which connotes that , for every dreams, aspirations , goals , achievements, desires, you must take a step to make it a reality, ....

Greg Plitt once said , "Your comfort zone is your danger zone.”

When you decide to stay in your comfort zone, Time passes away, opportunities passes away, ideas becomes passive, aspirations becomes dormant.

Ohh, someone said, I am scared to try new things, what if it this idea I have doesn't work? I just love this spot I am, and so on !!!!

Have you ever come across this slang ''You were not informed" ?
It's a slang inform of a question ❓

People use this slang when they noticed you have been left out 🙃,

I have come to realize, that a lot of young folks are stucked because they are not privy to some information.

I was speaking with a senior colleague few weeks back, and he said, if an individual wants to move to the next level , (this could be ln your work place ,or school, or in your business) there are some information you need to hear !

Until you get those Info, you may just be at one spot for a long time ..

Don't be afraid to say NO.

Saying No , sometimes can help your mental health

Saying No can save you from a whole lots of stress and problems.
You don't really have to say yes to everything presented to you.....
Every idea that jumps at you, the next thing you will say is Yes, without thinking critically if such idea is good for you or not.

It is very Okay to say No sometimes.

There are several ways...but we shall be looking at one way at a time....

Dedicate time for yourself and things that gives you Joy....

A lot of us seems busy with work, family, career, business e.t.c, but rarely dedicate quality time with ourself.....I mean taking care of yourself (your mind inclusive).

Self love is not a bad idea abi?
Sometimes, take yourself out on a nice treat, take sometime to cool off and relax your mind.
