Homemade Protein powder.
Ingredients:
• Pumpkin seeds: 1/2 cup
• Sunflower seeds: 1/2 cup
• Flax seeds: 1/4 cup
• Chia seeds: 1/4 cup
• H**p hearts: 1/4 cup
• Almonds: 1 cup

Optional Add-Ins (for flavor and nutrients):
• Cinnamon powder: 1 teaspoon
• Cocoa powder: 2 tablespoons (for a chocolate flavor)
• Stevia or coconut sugar: 1–2 teaspoons (for sweetness, optional)
• Vanilla powder: 1 teaspoon (optional)

Instructions:

1. Roast the Nuts and Seeds (Optional):
• Lightly toast the pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and almonds in a dry pan for 3–4 minutes. This step is optional but enhances the flavor of the powder.

2. Blend into Powder:
• Add the almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds, and h**p hearts into a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend in short bursts until you achieve a fine powder.

3. Sift (Optional):
• If you want a very smooth protein powder, sift the mixture to remove any larger pieces. You can re-blend the leftover chunks.

4. Add Flavoring (Optional):
• Mix in cinnamon, cocoa powder, or vanilla powder for added flavor. If using a sweetener like stevia or coconut sugar, stir it in now.

5. Store:
• Transfer the protein powder to an airtight container or jar. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 1 month or in the refrigerator for longer shelf life.

Pour 3 tablespoons of Honey (coconut oil for those that do not like 🍯) Into a container,

Add a teaspoon of turmeric powder

Add a teaspoon of Cinnamon powder

Add 1/2 a teaspoon of black pepper.

Small Alligator pepper

Pound or grind all these three into powder
Pour into a bottle of either coconut water or palm wine.
Leave to soak for 48 hours before use.

Get 1-2 purple onions (sometimes we call it brown onions),
Two cloves of garlic
Half bottle of honey.

Pound both the onion and garlic together, pour into the jar of honey, for those that are allergic or do not like honey, you can use lime or lemon juice( A bottle 75cl of the juice).
