It's hard to be indiscipline and discipline,it's hard to be broke,it hard to take care of yourself/ let yourself go,it hard to be consistent/inconsistent,it's hard to be introvert/extrovert,it's hard to fail and be successful,it's hard to live in bitterness and forgive,nothing that last is designed to be easy,push through,choose your kind of hard,choose your pain...regret or reward!

Each thought has an effect on the cells of the body. Wrong thinking manifests itself into a disease in the body.
While we heal the body, let us also change our thinking so that we can experience total health.
Visualisation is a powerful tool along with Meditation – in which we use the power of the mind – sending
vibrations of love and peace to clean and clear the blockages in the body.
To heal the body, we need to heal our emotional blockages. Let us not hold on to anything of the past. Mistakes
we have made, let’s not hold the guilt. It is past. Let us delete that thought and feeling.
If others have done wrong, let us understand – they had logic for what they did. According to me they were
wrong, but still my hurt is my creation, and now I have the power to let go, i.e. not keep those thoughts on my
mind. Everything that happens to me is only a return of my past Karma; let me now settle it with dignity

Feeling lost tends to make us question every aspect of our lives. Everything seems to be out of our control. Things seems to happen the way we never thought, it goes entirely the other way!
It's one of the worst feeling in the world and we tend to extend it to other areas of our lives. We begin to question ourself uncontrollably.
Who am I? What next? Am I good enough? Can I do this? What now? I feel so far from home! I feel so alone! How I wish...? Why am I.....? If not now, when? Endless sequence of question and it tends to get cumbersome for us to handle over time ,negative thoughts begin to seep in more from every angle ,feeling lost and waiting to be found.

We sometimes feel afraid and desperate in such mental state. We tend to take different kinds of measures to stay relevant and afloat not to drown ourself in the vortex of darkness where it seems you only exist.

STOP, PAUSE AND BREATH!

REMEMBER! it's a phase, nothing in life is permanent,so make choices that are good and rewarding.

✅ Take time off and have fun. Taking fresh air or spending time in nature/open space tends to help us gain clarity.

✅ People will always have millions of opinions. Live to your own terms/standard and take your time to grow. Trying to live up to peoples expectations will land you into self misery

✅ Don't be the victim of our own circumstance, do not wallow in self misery, it won't serve you well. Focus on the present, relax and reflect on what exactly is it that you want. If you still can't find answers, seek for support from trusted people that are close to you. Sometimes, you don't have to find your way on your own, ask for help from people you feel safe with.

✅ It also means you should try out new things, new opportunities, have a good circle , that is in line with your aspirations so you can be uplifted when you feel down.

✅ Do not compare your journey with others. it may look same on the outside, mind you! your journey, time,challenges, route, trials, and rewards are totally different.

and lastly

✅ You can't control EVERYTHING! explore what you prioritize or what your feel is important to you and leave some.

Everyone get lost at one point in their lives. Just be true to yourself,do what is right and trust the process.

All it takes is the ability to keep trying despite all odds.

My responses to people need to be based - on my personality, not based on the behaviour of others.
The way we think and behave is not for other people, but first for ourselves, because we are the first ones to
experience it.
Let’s take charge of our mind, instead of trying to control others and expecting that if they change then my mind
will be in control.
Let us choose how we want to think, feel and be in every relationship. We have always tried to make others
happy, because we thought when they will be happy then I will be happy.
When we do something for others, let us understand that we choose to do it because they matter to us, and so
we are doing it for ourselves, then we will be happy.

Happiness is not dependent on physical objects.Objects, possessions, gadgets are designed to give us comfort.
Physical comfort is different from emotional comfort. Happiness is a feeling.
Happiness is our internal creation and can be created irrespective of external comforts.
We use the objects as a stimulus to create a response, but the response is our choice.
Different people create different responses, using the same stimulus.

What happened to Mr. A that made him grumpy and sad, happened to Mr. B and he's unaffected!

A jewelry that Mrs. Z saw and wowed is the same that Mrs. K called tacky.

Mr. T saw a begger and thought "what an hungry looking man, let me give him some tips, he needs help"
is the same that Mr. P saw and thought "look at the way he's dirty and smelly I'd better leave here quick before getting choked,ewe! "

What happened to Miss B and her thoughts were "I am doomed, it is over, am done for! same can happen to Miss D and her thoughts were" how do I improve the situation, what's the way forward "

This is not to say we can't grief or be sad or feel bad when something uninspiring happens. External or physical factors are stimulus, but our response is our choice. Do not let negativity become our default response most of the time. Even when the situation is not the way you wanted it, you can still choose how you respond to the situation by being in charge of your thoughts regardless.

The message here is that situations cannot ALWAYS be the way we want them or in our control, and we all can NEVER be the same, think the same way or act the same,but we can consciously choose our response to situations. We can't control everything, but we can control our thoughts.

Let us unlearn and relearn. unlearn habits that is not self serving and replace it by learning better ways to handle situations. Positive thoughts are like umbrella or raincoat on a rainy day, armour that prevents an arrow from piercing you or a cardigan that warm you up in cold.
