I'm at the point in my life where I don't expect too much from people anymore.

If you dont want to be in my life, I will not stop you. If unfriending me makes you happy, please....do just that.

If the efforts I make do not get reciprocated, that’s perfectly fine.

If you can’t equate my love for you, I will respect that. If you do not like me, I can accept that.

It takes maturity to reach this point. It takes self-love to be on this level. It is just that it is too tiring to please people. It is so tiring to beg for people to be a part of your life. It is pointless to force someone to be on the same page with you.

I am at the point in my life where if you stay, you’re mine, and if you are not, then I let go. It is too tiring to keep on forcing things to happen. It is too painful to see your efforts getting unnoticed. It is not worth it to beg for someone just to let them see how much you love them. It is not worth chasing people because you deserve better.

It is too unnecessary to force friendships. It is too tiring to make reconciliation for people who do not deserve it. Do not regret anything, especially if you made efforts to make it work in the past.

Focus on your life. Focus on people who love you.

Embrace change. After all, that is the only thing constant in this world.

Take my advice and surround yourself with people who truly want the best for you and your mental health.

Because your circle ...... it matters.

Good morning aunty i'm Manuel. I'm a young of 25 years. I met a girl last year and during the first six months of our relationship she told me she was pregnant which I accepted it without complains and we moved on.

So I decided and started giving her monthly allowance of 2,200 cedis every month during the pregnancy. So after sometime, I asked her what she wanted and she said she wanted to give birth outside Ghana which I agreed.

She told me she had a sis in the UK which I was talking to her as well so we informed her and she accepted it.

She didn't even have a passport. I got her one and we started the process and just in a month and two weeks she got her visa.

So she flew outside. When she got there we were fine. I was still taking care of her. Everything I did costed me 15,000 pounds

But of late she started misbehaving and insulting me but I took it normal thinking it's the pregnancy only for her sis to tell me she has aborted the pregnancy long time even before she arrived in the UK

And she has even moved from her place and now living with a man at a different place

As I'm talking now she has blocked me. I'm really depressed and don't feel like living I'm even afraid of anything called relationship now cox hmmm.

Please I'm losing myself. I need your advise please I'm going crazy. I'm too young for this mummy please help me please

Pls keep me unknown! I left my wife and four girl children for another woman of two kids on the reasons that are highly inexplicable. I hardly send my wife money for rent or upkeep because I know she will take care of the house and children as I believe she is gainfully employed. She organised our families and pastor to beg me, not to leave, but all her pleas for me fell on deaf ears as I was blindfolded. I have been staying with the single mother of two, fulfilling my obligations as a husband. I have been paying the two kid school fees. I just discovered she pregnant for another man while am still living with her. The man responsible for the pregnancy díed in a motor accídent. I attempted to leave, but she begged me to stay. I think I love her but am in a state of dilemma. Should I go back to my wife and children or continue my love with her. She has once assisted me in paying my debt. I want to go back to my wife but I don't know the explanation to give. My heart still beat for the pregnant woman. Pls advice
