When you find your purpose and align yourself with God's plan, you begin to live with clarity, fulfillment, and divine direction.

LABOR WARD OUTREACH 2026 – A TESTIMONY OF GOD'S FAITHFULNESS

The journey to our Labor Ward Outreach began in March 2026, shortly after our school outreach project in February. As a team, we sought God's direction concerning our next project. During one of our Charity Development Sessions (CDS), the idea of visiting hospital patients came up, and immediately, the burden to reach mothers in the labor ward was laid on my heart. My team embraced the vision, and we committed the project to prayer.

By God's grace, we visited the Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Abeokuta, with an official letter stating our intention. The management welcomed us warmly. However, a conversation with one of the nurses revealed a heartbreaking incident involving the loss of a mother during childbirth. This deeply touched us and strengthened our resolve to pray fervently for the mothers and babies we would meet.

On May 27, we arrived at the labor ward and were moved by the condition of many mothers, some of whom were in severe pain and unable to sit comfortably. Despite their challenges, they listened attentively as we shared words of encouragement and hope.

A special appreciation goes to the CEO of Zee Nutriva, who shared an inspiring message on motherhood, and Barrister Dammy, the outgoing Assistant Secretary of NCCF Ogun State, who spoke about the love of God. Their words brought comfort and encouragement to the mothers.

We distributed support items, prayed with the mothers, and witnessed God's faithfulness throughout the outreach. The mothers also prayed for us, making it a deeply emotional and rewarding experience.

This project gave us a greater appreciation for the sacrifices of motherhood and reinforced our commitment to continue supporting these families through follow-up and prayer.

We believe these children will be great, and above all, God will be glorified. We return all the glory to Him for the success of this outreach.

MY CAMP EXPERIENCE EPISODE 3

“By the next day something new started unfolding
I got an invitation from the Nigerian Christian Corpers' Fellowship NCCF camp pastor
4am prayers 6 20pm fellowship and Sunday service by 8am
Camp life was already intense but I decided to show up
Sunday came
I originally packed that suit for a pageant in camp
Only to find out they were doing Mr Macho instead and I knew that was not my lane 😂
So I turned the suit into my Sunday outfit
Shoutout to for coming through
Before I even left my hostel the compliments started
Guy you fresh
Who style you
Send your designer contact
Even before church influence was already speaking
Then I got to service
From the opening prayer to the benediction you could feel it
Young people serving God wholeheartedly with no dull moment
After service I went to mammy ate and went back to rest
Then it was time for parade
My favorite part of camp
That day we started drill competition rehearsals
I was in Platoon 1 and I was made the platoon parade commander
Everything felt like it was aligning
Big shoutout to my Platoon 1 members they made the work easier
Even the soldiers were impressed especially with my voice
I used that loud voice well and yes I pressured other platoon leaders small 😄
While some joined Man O War and some watched we were out there improving daily
We made mistakes corrected ourselves and kept getting better
That was where real bonding happened
Along the line I started inviting people for NCCF programs
The response was encouraging
Then another surprise came
My video on TikTok crossed over 7000 comments
Omor I was shocked
The comments were funny and I could not stop laughing
But I kept thinking if this account was monetized
Still something bigger was happening
I had become one of the faces of Ikare-Akoko camp
Even camp officials reached out to me
They told me to keep posting positive content about the camp and I agreed
Because beyond the views I was truly enjoying the experience
Camp became more than just an experience it became a platform

Episode 2
By the next day everything had changed.
That video I posted?
It didn’t just go viral… it EXPLODED.
Blogs started reposting it Instablog9ja, Legit.ng, YabaLeftOnline. everywhere.
But here’s the crazy part I didn’t even know.
It wasn’t until messages started flooding in from friends and family:
“Guy, you don blow o!”
“Celebrity!”
“I just saw you online!”
I rushed back to check… and boom
2000+ comments.
I couldn’t even keep up.
The first comment I saw?
“Na all this thing dey vex bandit.” 😂
I just laughed and thought… them go vex pass like this o.
That day at the parade ground, it was a different vibe entirely.
“Parade Commander!”
“Celebrity!”
“Instablog don carry you!”
At that moment… I won’t lie
I felt like a camp celebrity. 😄
People I didn’t know wanted pictures, conversations, connections.
And just like that, I made a lot of new friends.
But behind all that excitement, something was bothering me.
If I had posted that video on Facebook, I would have earned from it
my account was already monetized.
But life happened.
Facebook had disabled my account just a month before camp.
So while the views, comments, and hype were going up.
the money wasn’t coming in.
That one pain me small, I won’t lie.
Still the experience? Worth it.
That evening, it was time to select platoon leaders and excos.
I was in Platoon 1.
About 4 of us contested for Platoon Leader.
One guy even promised ₦50k to the platoon if he won.
Me? I didn’t have money to promise anybody.
So I said something simple:
“If I become your leader, I’ll do my best to make sure we come out on top in most activities.”
No big promises. Just commitment.
And somehow.
I WON.
Maybe it was the visibility.
Maybe it was the energy.
Or maybe people just believed me.
I even went further to contest for Camp Director.
but this time, I wasn’t selected.
I won’t lie I was a bit disappointed.
I came prepared, and in my mind, I knew I could deliver.
But life doesn’t always give you every position you want.
So I accepted it.
and focused on the ones I already had
Platoon Leader & General Parade Commander.

5 months after leaving the NYSC camp and I’m still thinking about how everything changed in just a few days.
When I got my call-up for November 2025, I won’t lie I was READY.
Cultural dance? ✔️
Drama? ✔️
Pageants? ✔️
Parade? ✔️
I packed like someone going to win everything.
But camp had other plans for me.
The journey from Lagos to Ondo State was stressful, but the moment I arrived, I understood why they call it the Sunshine State. There was just this energy in the air new place, new people, new beginning.
I entered camp on a Thursday, completed my documentation, and headed straight to the parade ground not knowing that moment would change everything.
I met a senior (an ex-boy like me), introduced myself, and he simply said:
“Join the parade.”
That one instruction shifted my entire camp experience.
Out of everyone there, 4 people were selected to command the parade.
and somehow, I was chosen as the General Parade Commander.
At that moment, I knew this wasn’t by chance.
Coming from a military background, I stepped in fully. We trained, we practiced, we prepared.
Then Friday came.
My uniform was perfectly starched. Boots shining. Everything set.
We stepped onto that parade ground and delivered.
Later that day, I casually posted a video just a normal post, nothing serious.
But within hours,
it was everywhere.
The video went VIRAL.
And just like that,
my NYSC camp story had begun.
Sometimes, the things you plan don’t define your journey.
The unexpected moments do.
