Some carried silent pain, fear, and exhaustion no one else could see.
But healing changes people.
It teaches you to let go of what hurt you and embrace the peace you deserve.
You are allowed to grow softer after being strong for too long.
You are allowed to rest, to heal, and to become someone who chooses peace over pain.
You do not have to remain the person suffering created.
Growth means changing, and healing means becoming lighter with time.
Be patient with yourself through the process.
Every step forward matters, even the small ones.
Keep healing. Keep becoming. Keep choosing yourself again and again 🤍🌿
