I ONCE DELIVERED 60 ARTICLES A MONTH WITHOUT AN AI...

Between the year 2018 and 2022, most of my work activities then evolved around writing articles for presentation, blog posts and social media posts.

There wasn't an AI, but if there was, I wasn't aware of their existence.

At some point in 2022, I was writing a minimum of 60 articles a month for a travel and visa Consulting firm.

It wasn't so easy but each time an article gets approved for usage, it's always worth it for me and give me so much joy and satisfaction.

Sometimes, these days, with the help of ChatGPT, I don't do all the brainworks of ensuring my tenses are passing the right message all the time again, I just highlight the points and ask it to write it in my style because I already trained it.

At times, it does a great job, at times it doesn't 😊 and yesterday was one of those day that it flopped, so see the conversations I had with it in the screenshot and it's so hilarious to me now.🄰

Yes, it even rated my own version higher than the refinement it gave me, because I wasn’t satisfied with its results.

Besides, I hardly ever ask it to write for me — I usually write myself, then ask it to rate my work on a scale of 1 to 10 and critique it. That way, I get to add to my knowledge as well.

How do you communicate with your AI?

Have you taken time to train it with your style and voice?

Have you trained your AI to master your writing style?

Which AI is your best when it comes to writing article?

I might as well be addicted to Chatgpt because I tend to use it more than any other AI in my archives.

Meanwhile, are you getting any response from your CVs or do you feel invisible because you neither get a feedback or an interview invitation?

If I offered to show you how you can revamp your CV so that it gets past the ATS machine, would you appreciate that?

What are you willing to exchange for such a gesture?

I would like to hear your thoughts in the comment section.

Just like every other day, I woke up to this rejection letter and I thought to share it here.

Yesterday, I told you how I have sent out hundreds of applications, and the truth is, I did not actually keep track of them all—I did not plan to.

I just know that some days or weeks, I wake up to either a rejection letter or an interview invite.

There was a week I had one interview, and two rejections.

One of the companies based in the US encouraged me to apply again after some time. Of all the rejection letters I have gotten, that one came with lots of hope and positivity, and I plan to give it a second shot.

Their mail also gave me hints on why they could not proceed with me at that time.

One thing I have noticed about myself is the fact that I don’t feel hurt with these rejections.

I just accept them with, ā€œOh okay, probably not mine,ā€ and move on with my life and my plans to try again.

Unlike me that isn’t much of a movie person, in recent times, I have taken so many work breaks to watch movies and have even spent time watching more movies at times.

I don’t know if this is happening because I’m still employed but want something new and bigger with certain conditions that align with my new goals, or it’s just my resilience, or maybe because I take the rejections positively and think about the fact that for each rejection I get, someone else gets a chance—and they probably needed it more. Or maybe it’s my mindset about some disappointments being a blessing.

I mean, I have a very positive approach towards rejections that, at times, I can’t even explain.

Or perhaps, it’s the fact that I also turn down some offers for very valid reasons and put myself in the shoes of the potential hirers that sent in rejections.

Well, whatever it is, I feel so positive about it all. And since there are things I specifically told the universe I needed with a new offer, somewhere in my subconscious, I also feel that some of the rejections probably did not have those perks I need in the offer I’m expecting.

And again, are you at least getting feedback from your application letters?

If yes, congratulations! At least your CV is getting past the ATS machine and getting viewed by humans. Consider that a win too while you keep tweaking it to suit any new role.

Did you notice that the role here is different from those I shared yesterday?

Yes, that’s how being versatile with skills opens you to many opportunities out there, so you have lots of job options to apply for.

When it comes to job hunting, what’s your biggest challenge?

Skills, poor CV, or something else?

Well, how would you feel about me offering to teach you everything I know about CV writing?

Would you like to learn, or would you prefer I revamp your CV and show you how to tweak it to apply for a new role?

Trust me, you really need to know how to keep tweaking your CV, because even if you’re ready to pay anyone to keep tweaking it for you, won’t those waiting times screw up or delay your chances of getting hired?

Well, the ball is in your court, and when you decide, I will be available to offer whatever help within my ability you need.

So, tell me—how do you handle rejections? Do you really feel hurt by them, or do you see them as steps towards a better offer?

Hey besties,

Is your CV getting you interviews, or have you never even received an acknowledgement before?

Ever since I started reliving for me, 2025 has been one of my most intentional years. This mindset shift began shortly after the lockdown.

Before then, my life was spinning in an endless cycle with a blurry future, completely detached from my childhood dreams and goals.

I tried so many things—taking courses here and there, giving my best amidst my busy schedule—yet it always felt like I was still far from where I longed to be.

But here’s the plot twist.

I had enough skills, but I didn’t know how to market or pitch them. I created an Upwork account after a course, sent a few proposals, got one invite in 2022, but I hadn’t figured out much then.

I stumbled on Google AdMob, lost money to fake tutors, and later discovered Google AdSense.

Things didn’t work out, but that experience opened my eyes to freelancing, technology, and the digital world.

I kept investing—₦500k here, ₦200k there—soon realizing I was spending more than I was earning.

Then I took Data Entry Academy course by Accountinghub.ng, where Chioma Ifeanyi-Eze changed my perspective. She taught not just tools, but marketing, packaging, and the business side of skills, that was a turning point for me.

I refined my CV writing skills so they could pass ATS checks and land interviews.

Since then, I’ve sent 50–100 CVs, received acknowledgements and rejections, secured interviews (including with US companies), and landed contracts—all proceeds reinvested in more skills.

Some offers I turned down because they didn’t meet my expectations. Others, I’m considering carefully, checking if they align with my long-term goals.

Am I done taking courses? Not yet. I’ll share the next one in due time. When we look back, these posts will remind us that success leaves trails of hard work behind our screens.

Do you need help with your CV?
I’m considering a two-hour session to share everything I’ve learned about CV writing, so you can save money and keep updating your CVs yourself.

Will this ease your burden and put a smile on your face?

If this reached you and you read to this point, let me know your thoughts in the comments.

Have you ever hired a freelancer who looked perfect on paper… but ended up being your biggest headache? The silent deal-breaker isn’t always skill — it’s the fit.

Think about it. Two people can have the same skills, but only one will understand your workflow, your vision, and your style of communication.

That’s why before you say yes to any project, ask the right questions — not just about the task, but about how you’ll work together.

Questions like:

How do you prefer to communicate — emails, calls, or project management tools?

What does your ideal turnaround time look like, and how flexible can it be?

How do you handle feedback or revisions?

What does success on this project mean to you?

Because when the fit is right, deadlines don’t feel stressful, communication flows, and results speak louder than promises.

So next time you’re hiring, don’t just scan the CV. Look for alignment. Look for green flags.

Now I’m curious — what’s your number one green flag when hiring a freelancer? Drop it in the comments — let’s learn from each other.

That one application that starts the moment you turn on your laptop and how to disable it

Have you angrily uninstalled a desktop application before because it keeps starting up the moment you turn on your system?

Well, I’ve been there too! I felt deep regret when I had to download the same app again because I actually needed it for work.
But guess what? I finally stopped deleting or uninstalling apps unnecessarily because I discovered I could control which apps launch at startup — right from my desktop’s Task Manager!
Oh, some applications actually respect you and give you the option within their settings to disable auto-start. But for the stubborn ones that don’t? Use Task Manager like the boss you are.
Here’s how to stop apps from auto-starting using Task Manager:
Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.

Click the Startup tab.

Look through the list of apps.

Right-click on any app you don’t want to auto-start and click Disable.

Close Task Manager — you’re done!

This saves time, improves your system speed, and keeps you in control of what runs in the background.
Have you ever uninstalled an app out of frustration like me? Drop your story in the comments!

Did you know you can protect your computer by simply shutting it down properly?

Before you rush off, always shut down your computer the right way — don’t just unplug it. Click on the Start Menu → Power → Shut Down.

This little habit can save your device from damage and keep your files safe!

Ever been in a situation where you have up to 30Gig memory in your flash drive – tried copying a file of 10gig into it and it tells you that the file is too large to be copied into the flash?

That is frustrating, I know. That probably made you conclude that they sold you a fake flash drive right?

No darling, no one sold you a fake flash drive. The problem is that your flash was formatted in FAT32 – File Allocation Table.

When your flash drive is formatted in FAT32, you can not move files larger than 4gig into it at once even if it has disk space of 100GB.

For you to be able to move files larger than 4gig into it, you need to format it in exFAT – Extended File Allocation – This format enables you to transfer files larger than 4gig and when you do this, you will be able to move files up to the memory capacity of your flash.

You're probably wondering if you need an IT specialist to do this for you right? No darling, here is a simple step by step fix to help you fix that problem.

Step 1: Plug in your flash drive.

Step 2: Open File Explorer, right-click the drive, and select Format.

Step 3: In the File System dropdown, choose exFAT.

Step 4: Leave the rest as default, or give the drive a new name (optional).

Step 5: Click Start, and confirm the warning to erase the data.

Once done, try copying that file larger than 4GB again into the flash drive and see the success.

Problem fixed. If you got value, share with your friends and follow me for more valuable content like this.

Stop scrolling, bestie! Did you know that one tiny key on your keyboard can save you tons of time?

Yep, I’m talking about that little Windows logo button you probably 6ignore every day.

Besties, what do you use the Windows button on your desktop or laptop for? I can guess: either nothing… or just opening the Start menu

But did you know that when you combine it with other keys, it becomes a powerful shortcut tool that can make your computer life soooo much easier?

Here are 15 super useful Windows key shortcuts you should know:

Windows + D – Instantly takes you to your desktop without closing your open windows. Press it again to go back to what you were doing.

Windows + E – Opens File Explorer quickly so you can access your folders and files in a flash.
