Not every drop in productivity is a skill problem… sometimes, it’s an environment problem.

You can be a great developer, full of ideas, discipline, and hunger to build; but place yourself in the wrong team or chase the wrong idea, and suddenly everything feels slow, frustrating, and forced.

The truth is:
🚫 A bad idea drains your motivation
🚫 A toxic or unaligned team kills your creativity
🚫 Poor leadership blocks your growth
🚫 Lack of vision makes even simple tasks exhausting

Coding is not just about writing lines of code; it’s about solving meaningful problems in the right environment.

Put a talented developer in the right team with a clear vision, and you’ll see magic.

Put that same developer in the wrong space, and even basic tasks become a struggle.

If you feel stuck, don’t be too quick to doubt your abilities.

Check:
– Are you solving the right problem?
– Are you surrounded by the right people?
– Are you in an environment that challenges and supports you?

Sometimes, the biggest productivity boost is not learning a new framework…
