Here is one of the best whole milk you can give to your toddler . For most children over 1yr , whole milk is usually the option for them because it contains more fat which helps support brain development, growth, and energy needs.

Last week my best girl , my little slice of heaven, my uto nwa , my baby graduated from pre school and I posted a video of her graduation on my other page because I was restricted here as at then , but it didn’t sit well with some small minded Facebook mama’s who cannot appreciate growth, exposure, or new experiences. The fact that some of them think they can care and love a child better or more than the parent is amusing 😅…. Well I will post the video here again because this grajet mama is a stubborn one 😂😂… never been a grajet mama before so I can’t keep calm 🤸‍♂️☺️

When was the last time you applied a good sunscreen? Ehh fine girl ?!!

Most people focus on different whitening skincare products forgetting the one thing that actually matters .

As a skincare expert, I would rather invest in one good sunscreen than follow a 5 step skincare routine without proper sun protection.
And the emphasis is on good.

Many products on the market are labeled as sunscreen, but not all of them provide the level of protection they claim. A sunscreen should offer broad spectrum protection (UVA & UVB), have a reliable SPF, and be formulated to remain effective when used correctly.

You can actually have the best serum, moisturizer, and treatment products, but without proper sun protection, issues like hyperpigmentation, premature aging, uneven skin tone, and skin damage can still persist.

If you have to buy one , please buy a good one . Spend once and spend right .

This was me last year and two years ago 😅
Last year, I was studying to get my certification as a Dietary Supplement Advisor, and the year before that, I was studying Cosmetic Science.

If I ever come on here and tell you that both were easy, or that motherhood cannot stop you from achieving your dreams, just know I’m lying 😂 It was not an easy phase at all.
You can only pull through with determination and the right support.

I was lucky to have a supportive partner. My husband drove me to my cosmetics school in Lekki on the days I had classes. I had just given birth to my second baby then. Sometimes he waited with the baby in the car, and sometimes they went home and came back to pick me up later.

I repeat, building a new career after motherhood is not easy, but with determination and the necessary support, you can definitely pull through, just like I did.
I’m happy that I’m not just another random voice in the beauty and wellness industry, but someone with real knowledge and certifications to back it up. ✅
