Habit you should avoid as a pregnant woman😉
1 eating junks, i know you will crave it but honestly it will do you more harm than good.
2 not taking your prenatal especially the folic acid, your prenatal is very important,i mean more important,it's even advisable to start folic acid once you know you want to take in ,it helps in tissues growth and red blood cell.
3,not taking fruit's, please take your fruits as much as you can,the ones you don't like substitute for another type of fruit...
4.not going for antenatal, Omo if you joke with this or depends on midwives that ain't equipped you are literally joking with your life and your child, it's through antenatal you will see baby position,weight and health status of baby including your own,if you can push or not..
5,not exercising please exercise, even if is small dance or evening walks, it helps a lot please...
6,taking herbs that you don't know the mixture,see you see danger ...
During my pregnancy phase i didn't joke with my life or that of my baby and it really helped me..
I no listen to any ancient advice too, I did solely what was required medically.
