Ever heard of Calendly, Picktime, or Momence?

Well, I learned about them in my IT Support class last Saturday at Digital Witch Support Team, and I must say — they are lifesavers when it comes to scheduling appointments!

✅Calendly helps you set meetings easily without the usual “what time works for you?” stress.

âś…Picktime is great if you run a business like a salon, or clinic, or do freelance work.

âś…Momence is the go-to for coaches, trainers, and anyone offering group sessions or classes.

You can sync calendars, set reminders, and even collect payments — all in one place!

Guys, let me put you on something that blew my mind in my IT Support class — Zapier!

Imagine connecting your Gmail, Trello, Slack, Intercom, Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, etc., and setting them to work together automatically… Yup! That’s what Zapier does!

No coding, no stress — just smooth automation of tasks that usually take up time.

I thought it would be hard to learn, but shoutout to Okeh and Digital Witch Support Team for making it so simple and practical. I’m enjoying every bit of this journey!

ClickUp makes everything so easy — and I just learned how to use it!

I rewatched our IT Support class today (shoutout to Digital Witch Support Team and our amazing instructor Ekwutosi Okeh) and trust me, this tool is a lifesaver.

From organizing tasks to setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and tracking everything in one place — ClickUp just makes work feel lighter.

Here’s what I learned:

monday.com and, Asana — yep, those are the names you should keep in mind if you’re looking to organize your work, projects, or even personal goals.

âś…Monday.com is a colorful tool that makes teamwork look fun and easy.

âś…Asana helps you keep things neat, organized, and on track.

I’m honestly excited about how these tools can make life easier, especially in support roles and team projects.

Hey friends!

Let me put you on some cool tech tools I just learned about!

So, in my recent IT Support class, I explored Freshwork and Zendesk, and wow — these tools make handling customer service way smarter and easier!

Here’s what I loved:
• Freshdesk makes ticketing feel super organized and team-friendly.
• Zendesk has such a clean layout and it’s super smooth to work with.
• Both allow you to support customers via email, chat, social media, and more — all in one place!

Truth is, I understood them better than HubSpot (lol), and I’m glad my confidence is growing with every session.

🔥 HubSpot had me confused… but now I see the magic!

Yesterday, in my IT Support class with DDigital Witch Support Team taught by Okeh, we dived into HHubSpot and at first, I was completely lost. But after taking time to explore, I realized how much this tool can help businesses manage customers, automate tasks, and improve communication.

Here’s what stood out to me:
👉 It helps businesses track customers easily
👉 It automates emails, chats, and even tickets
👉 It connects with other platforms for a smoother workflow

I never thought I’d see IT Support and HubSpot in the same sentence, but now I get it—customer support needs structure, and HubSpot makes that happen.

Guess what? I just learned how to use Loom, Slack, and Google Meet in my IT Support training at DDigital Witch Support Team These tools are lifesavers when it comes to working remotely.

💻 Loom – Ever needed to explain something but didn't want a long meeting? This lets you record your screen and voice so people can watch on their own time.
💬 Slack – Like WhatsApp but for work! It keeps messages organized in different channels so things don’t get messy.
📹 Google Meet – Zoom’s cool cousin, perfect for video calls and team meetings!

My First Step into IT Support 🚀

I recently had my first IT Support class withDigital Witch Support Team and it was an insightful session! We covered key foundational topics that are essential for IT service management:

âś… What is IT Service?
IT Service refers to technology-related solutions that help individuals and businesses operate efficiently. This includes technical support, network management, cybersecurity, and cloud services.

âś… Service Level Agreement (SLA)
SLA is a contract between a service provider and a customer that defines the level of service to be delivered. It outlines response times, resolution times, uptime guarantees, and responsibilities, ensuring accountability and efficiency.

âś… Knowledge Management Tools (Google Drive & Dropbox)
These tools help organizations store, manage, and share digital files securely.

Google Drive allows real-time collaboration, automatic saving, and integration with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

Dropbox enables seamless file sharing and synchronization, with features like version history and file recovery.

This class provided a solid foundation for understanding IT services and best practices in managing digital resources. I’m excited to continue learning and growing in this field!
