𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙮 𝙤𝙖𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙘𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙞𝙚𝙨

Ingredients:
- All-purpose flour: 285g
- Rolled oats: 100g
- Baking soda: 5g
- butter (softened): 225g
- Brown sugar: 180g
- Granulated sugar: 100g
- Large eggs: 2 eggs
- Vanilla extract: 5g (or 5ml)
- Optional: nuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruits

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Whisk flour, oats and baking soda.
3. Beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
4. Gradually add dry ingredients; mix until a dough forms.
5. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto the prepared baking sheet.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
7. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

. Lemon Oil
• Remove the lemon zest (avoid the white pith).
• Put the zest in a pan with olive oil.
• Heat over low heat.
• Let it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
• Just heat it on low
Orange Oil
• Same method as lemon oil.
• Use only the zest, not the white part (pith).
• Heat in oil over low heat.
• Let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
• Cool it down. Strain it if you want, or leave it
