Rushing causes additional stress. 🏃‍♀️

FOUR EXERCISES FOR SLOWING DOWN TIME.
1️⃣ Catch moments for contemplation. 🧘‍♀️
2️⃣ Force yourself to sit for five minutes without being distracted by external tasks. 🪑
3️⃣ Don't jump up for five minutes, don't succumb to internal impulses to rush somewhere. 🚶‍♀️
4️⃣ Hurry slowly, without making unnecessary movements. 🐢
