In trying to understand what is currently happening in Ika land "I mean the rapid development" I obtained the recent Operational Land Imagery (Landsat OLi 8) covering Delta State, from the United States Government Official Website and then I Analysed the Satellite imagery with Geographic Information System ArcGIS. An operation I can perform as a Location Intelligence Consultant which involves picking Training Sites, selecting Study areas etc....
From the map we can see that areas closer to Boji Boji metropolis are being Built up with little Vegetation Cover.
Generally we can see that in coming years the vegetation cover would greatly reduce✅
