*OUR SIMPLE AND INTERIM RESPONSE TO ALL APC MEMBERS AND THEIR SYMPATHISERS*

We confirm the basis of President Tinubu's irreparable damage plea to the District Court.

Remember, our argument wasn't that BAT didn't attend CSU, our argument was that he presented fake document to INEC.

However, as *meddlesome interlopers* we interloppingly meddled into the affair of one man who wanted to cause irreparable damage to Nigeria. This, we would not stand for.

At this juncture, the interest of Nigeria comes first and we hope you all understand.

*IRREPARABLE DAMAGE TO BAT DISCOVERED DURING OUR MEDLESOME INTERLOPPING:*

1. The certificate he submitted to INEC is fake.

2. The documentation he used to gain admission into CSU is fake.

3. He gave 3 dates of birth, and 2 must be fake and are now confirmed fake.

4. He claimed to have graduated in Government College Lagos in 1970, but the college never existed until 1974.

5. He was Amoda Sangodere and changed his name to the identity of the female he stole to gain admission to CSU.

All these are NOW CONFIRMED.

We realise this is a shocking and embarassing news to you. So we would like to support you during this time to take the rest of the week off for reflection.

*PEPT JUDGEMENT: The Pen Pusher, Isaac Obasi Changes His Mind After Listening To Peter Obi*

*Listening to His Excellency Peter Obi this evening speak on the preposterous and unfortunate Presidential Election Tribunal, PEPT, judgement by the indiscreet 5 appeal court judges has redirected and rejiggered my mind from wanting to drop my pen as a pen 🖋️ pusher and become a “drug 💉 pusher“ so that one day I can also contest for House of Representatives, Governorship, Senate or even the presidency and have Senior Advocates of Nigeria, SANs, and Justices defend and vindicate me in the law court.*

*Part of Obi's speech that hit me like a thunderbolt was when he said; “I shall not relent in the quest for justice, NOT NECESSARILY FOR MYSELF but indeed for our teeming supporters all over the country whose mandate to us at the polls was REGRETTABLY TRUNCATED by INEC.”*

*First, I watched in disbelief, bamboozlement and discombobulation as the judges took turns to defend INEC who before Elections clearly stated and quoted Sections 60 (5) and 64 (4) of the Electoral Act that makes it mandatory for results of election to be transmitted DIRECTLY from polling units after voting, but failed woefully in adhering to its owne rules and regulations.*

*Going by the judges verdict, If INEC is not bound to electronically transmit election results to the IREV, how will results be transferred directly from the polling unit as mandated by the Electoral Act?* *I also watched in dumbfoundment and perplexity as the judges though their faces were not shown render their punitive actions beleaguered with prejudiced, vitriolic, antagonistic and pugnacious assertions without balance and equitability that is obligatory in delivering justice.*

*According to the judges all the over 20 SANs of the 3 opposition parties did a very awful job in their Petition and Only APC SANs are experts on the law, just like Mary Odili said a few days before the PEPT judgement.*

*I will end by saying that judgement is different from justice and my thoughts of abandoning my pen 🖊️ to become a drug 💉 Pusher has been terminated because just like my principal Obi said we should join him to build a New Nigeria that is characterized by fairness, equity, justice, the rule of law, peace, prosperity, inclusiveness, sustainable growth, and development which is POssible and I am ready to do that.*

*NB; The PEPC has started again like INEC did during the court hearing and they are delaying issuance of the judgement that they delivered yesterday. We have lost two days out of 14 days window allowed by law for our legal Counsels to file our appeal at the Supreme Court. After midnight today, it would be the third day. They should issue this needed judgement without delay as the count of 60 days to end everything about the supreme court case has began already.*

*Special Release – WE ARE THE ONE TO RESCUE NIGERIA. IT IS NOT THE COURT JUDGES*

1. Yesterday we witness a team of 5 (evil) Lawyers struggling very hard _(from 10am in the morning to 10pm in the night)_ to defend elections Mahmoud Yakubu stole for Tinubu. They were not incorruptible judges. They were Lawyers hired by Tinubu to defend a theft.

2. The truth is that Tinubu never won this election. *If Nigerians voted for Tinubu, where is the celebrations and jubilations on 25th February and 6th September 2023.*

3. Tinubu has won in his organized Go To Court; But *Tinubu has not won the most important thing, which is, the heart and minds of Nigerians.*

4. Yesterday, the constitution of Nigeria was abandoned, twisted, and rewritten by corrupted judges in order to execute the job of their pay master. For instance, Section 299 that stated 3 situations underwhich Abuja can be treated as a State, which did not include election matters, was twisted. A simple English of ‘And’ was ignored. *Lead Justice Tsanami said that Because Shettima’s double nomination was NOT INTENTIONAL, therefore it cannot invalidate Tinubu/Shettima’s Election…*
To them certificate forgeries, hard drugs and other grievous crimes are not vices for Tinubu disqualification.

5. The wickedness was unlimited. We initially asked them to televise the hearing so that Nigerians will hear and know the details of the case, and the judges bluntly refused. But suddenly they televised their ARRANGEE JUDGEMENTS.
They quoted Petitioners’ Paragraphs that Nigerians never knew the content details, as a basis to justify their ruling. They wrote their own questions and answered them to mislead the public into believing that those Questions & Answers came from Peter Obi and Atiku's Lawyers…THIS IS FRAUDULENT!

6. They perverted justice.

7. If it was a good judgement, why did all the leaders and notable politicians run out of Nigeria before the judgement, including that female Judas? Why did the judges deliver their judgements in the hiding while people only sat in the courtroom to watch them from a screen

8. *Remain resolute in this matter. Tinubu has won in his pre-arranged judgement But he has not won you and me.*

9. DON’T BE AFRAID. WITH OUR COLLECTIVE STRENGTHS WE SHALL RESCUE NIGERIA FROM THE STRONG GRIPS OF DESTROYERS AND THIEVES.

10. *LET US CONTINUE TO STICK TOGETHER AS A GREAT, POWERFUL, UNDEFEATED GROUP. Justice shall come but from our own hands*
