Nigerian Legendary music icon and actor, Onyeka Onwenu, will be laid to rest today, Friday, 30th of August 2024 in Lagos.
Onwenu died on July 30 at Reddington Hospital in Ikeja after falling during a function to honour Dr. Stella Okoli, Managing Director of Emzor Pharmaceuticals.
According to the funeral’s flier, the service would be held at the Fountain of Life Church in Ilupeju, followed by an isolated burial at the Ikoyi cemetery.
The flier also indicates that the service of songs will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., followed by the burial from 2 p.m.-4 pm today.
