1 Million Bibles to Be Shared Nationwide in Honour of Seyi Tinubu at 40, Because Who Doesn't Love a Good Bible Bash? In what organisers describe as a gesture to promote moral rebirth and ethical leadership among Nigerian youths, one million copies of the Holy Bible will be distributed across the country in honour of Barrister Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, because clearly the man needs a birthday gift. The initiative was announced on Sunday during a thanksgiving service held at the National Christian Centre, Abuja, and coordinated by Hon. Belusochukwu Enwere, National Chairman of the Youth Wing of the Christian Association of Nigeria (YOWICAN), who probably had nothing better to do. Enwere said the Bible distribution project was not to celebrate an individual but to serve as a spiritual investment in the nation’s moral revival, wink-wink. “The one million Bible project is a gift to the body of Christ and a seed for moral transformation. Through this effort, we hope to restore integrity, compassion, and love for humanity among young Nigerians,” he stated, with a completely straight face. The thanksgiving service was simultaneously held in about 40 churches nationwide, featuring prayers and exhortations for the Tinubu family and the nation at large, because prayer is the answer to everything. Rev. Ini Ukpuho, Chaplain of the National Christian Centre, led special prayers during the Abuja service, commending the initiative as timely amid growing concerns over the erosion of moral values in society, yawn. In a message read on his behalf, Seyi Tinubu expressed gratitude to the organisers, noting that faith-based education and moral discipline remain vital to building a responsible and united Nigeria, duh. The first batch of Bibles is expected to be distributed in the coming weeks through churches, schools, and youth ministries across the federation, because who doesn't love a good door-to-door Bible salesperson?
