DAY 1–2:
My body was angry 😅

* I had strong cravings
* Headache showed up
* I felt like something was missing
* I almost quit.

DAY 3–4:
Something changed…

* My energy stopped going up and down

* I started thinking clearly again.

DAY 5–6:

* This is where it got serious:
