Came across powerful visual metaphor and I feel I should share it.

Two meals, one burnt from one hour at 900°F, and one perfectly cooked from three hours at 300°F.

It was a timely reminder that lasting growth - both personal and professional - is not about speed, but about strategy, consistency, and patience.

We live in a world that glorifies urgency, but real mastery takes time. So if your journey feels slow, take heart—you might just be slowly cooking something exceptional. Something great.
You may be laying the foundation for something really outstanding.

So,keep calm and keep moving.
Lif3 no be competition.

Oh Boy!
Just saw a man confidently eating roasted corn and roasted plantain on the roadside like he just discovered the secret to happiness.
Maybe odiscover la ya o.

Ladies and gentlemen, we need to talk — this combo might be the real "balanced diet" our ancestors were trying to tell us about. 🌽🍌
My onwem na atakwa uka na ube dika echo adighi, ma an aghotazigim dis combo. Sha, I maybe be wrong, this may turn out to be the best combo ever...but until I try it.

Corn giving crunch. Plantain giving vibe. Together? That’s a carbonated carbohydrate cocktail of greatness! 😤🔥

At this point, forget burger and fries… roastie and planti is the real power couple. 💯

Someone sign this man up for MasterChef: Street Edition. 😂
Have you ever tried this combo before?

When saving a life means letting go of a limb…

This is the reality we face in the operating room. Sometimes, amputation isn’t just a surgical decision… it’s the only chance to save a patient’s life from spreading infection, trauma complications, or gangrene.

As anesthetists, we don’t just put patients to sleep; we walk with them through their fear, pain, and uncertainty, ensuring they wake up to a second chance at life.

This image is a reminder that healthcare is not always pretty, but it is always about HOPE.

Would you rather lose a limb or lose a life?
