STARTING FROM ZERO IS MENTALLY EXHAUSTING 💭

Nobody really prepares you for the emotional side of building something from scratch.

People will see your page today and think it’s just “posting.”

But they don’t see:
the self doubt,
the overthinking,
the late nights,
the pressure to improve,
the fear of failing publicly,
or the silent battle of trying to stay consistent when life is already stressful.

Starting from zero can make you feel invisible.

Especially when you know you have ideas inside you…
but the results outside are still small.

You begin to wonder:
“When will things finally change?”

And honestly?
That question can weigh heavily on your mind.

But I’m slowly learning that growth is not always loud in the beginning.

Sometimes growth looks like:
showing up again,
trying again,
learning again,
creating again,
even after disappointment.

A lot of people quit because they expect immediate results from slow processes.

But real growth usually happens quietly first.

The truth is:
every strong brand,
every respected creative,
every successful person once had a phase where nobody paid attention to them.

The difference is…
they didn’t stop too early.

So if you’re building from zero right now, don’t be ashamed of your small beginning.

One day this same phase may become the story that inspires somebody else to keep going.

May we never stop believing in children, because the future we pray for tomorrow is growing in their hands today. ❤️

9 years ago… this little boy had no idea what life was going to look like 🥺🤍

He didn’t know about pressure.
He didn’t know about heartbreak.
He didn’t know about responsibilities, sleepless nights, confusion, or the silent battles that come with growing up.

All he knew was how to smile genuinely.
How to dream freely.
How to believe life was simple 🌱

Looking at these pictures today made me realize something:

Life really changes people.

But deep down, I’m still grateful for that little boy.
Because despite everything life has thrown at him…
he didn’t give up.

He kept growing.
He kept learning.
He kept trying.

And honestly, sometimes we all need to heal the child version of ourselves instead of being too hard on who we are becoming.

To every child out there:
May life be kind to you.
May you never lose your light.
And may you grow into someone your younger self would be proud of 🤍✨

Happy Children’s Day to every child…
and to every adult still carrying a child inside them 🥹🌍

First slide was designed around this same time last year…
Second slide is this year’s version 👀🔥

The growth is massive, and honestly, this is what consistency looks like.

Still learning.
Still improving.
Still evolving.

We keep moving regardless 🤍✨

CONSISTENCY WILL HUMBLE YOU BEFORE IT REWARDS YOU 🔥

One thing I’m realizing as a creative is this:

Motivation is beautiful…
but consistency is war.

Because there are days you feel inspired to create.
And there are days you open your apps, stare at your screen, and feel completely empty.

No ideas.
No energy.
No engagement.

Just you and the pressure in your head.

That’s the part many people don’t talk about.

Everybody loves the results of consistency…
but very few people survive the routine of it.

Posting when nobody reacts.
Creating when nobody claps.
Learning when progress feels slow.

That phase can frustrate you badly.

But I’m starting to understand something:
Consistency is not about always feeling motivated.

It’s about showing up long enough for growth to finally recognize your effort.

Some days your post may flop.
Some days you may doubt yourself.
Some days you may feel like quitting completely.

But if you keep improving quietly…
one day people will suddenly call you “talented.”

Not knowing that your consistency built that talent slowly behind the scenes.

Right now I’m learning to stop chasing perfection and focus more on showing up daily.

Because small repeated effort can eventually change everything.

To every young creative trying to stay consistent even when it’s hard…
I see you.
Keep building. 🎨🔥

WHAT NOBODY TELLS YOUNG CREATIVES 🎨

Nobody tells you that sometimes the hardest part is not learning the skill…

It’s surviving the silence.

You spend hours creating.
Hours thinking.
Hours improving.

You post your work hoping someone notices the effort behind it.

But sometimes?
Nobody reacts.
Nobody comments.
Nobody supports the way you imagined.

And slowly, you begin to question yourself.

“Am I even good enough?”
“Is this thing really worth it?”
“Maybe I’m wasting my time…”

I know that feeling because I’ve lived inside it.

There were moments I looked at my designs and felt discouraged.
Moments I compared myself to people who already seemed successful.
Moments I wanted to stop posting completely.

But one thing I’m learning is this:

Every strong creative you admire today was once unknown too.

Before the recognition…
there was repetition.

Before the audience…
there was consistency.

Before the growth…
there were quiet nights filled with doubt.

A lot of people only celebrate the results.
They never see the lonely stage where you are trying to believe in yourself before the world believes in you.

That stage is painful.

But that stage also builds you.

So if you’re a young creative struggling silently right now, keep going.

Your current season is not your final identity.

One day the same consistency that feels invisible today will become the reason people recognize your name tomorrow.

SOME PEOPLE ONLY MISS THE VERSION OF YOU THEY COULD CONTROL🤔

Not everyone misses you.

Sometimes they miss your availability.
Your softness.
Your silence.
Your willingness to stay, even when you were hurting.

They miss the version of you that accepted less.
The version that kept forgiving without change.
The version that ignored red flags just to keep the connection alive.

But growth changes things.

Once you start respecting yourself,
people who benefited from your lack of boundaries begin to feel uncomfortable.

Now you say “no.”
Now you step back.
Now you question things you used to tolerate quietly.

And suddenly they say you’ve changed.

But what really changed is this:

You stopped abandoning yourself to make others comfortable.

That doesn’t make you difficult.
It makes you aware.

Healthy people will respect your boundaries.
They won’t punish you for protecting your peace.
They won’t guilt-trip you for choosing yourself.

Because real love — whether friendship, family, or relationship — does not require control to survive.

The people meant for you will adjust, communicate, and grow with you.

The people who only valued your convenience will slowly disappear when access becomes limited.

And that’s okay.

Not every loss is a punishment.
Some losses are protection.

You are allowed to outgrow unhealthy patterns.
You are allowed to stop overgiving.
You are allowed to become someone who chooses peace over approval.

The right people won’t fear your growth.

They’ll honor it.
