đ Your Thoughts Are Not Always True
Have you ever told yourself:
âIâm a failure.â
âNobody cares about me.â
âI donât deserve anything good.â
That voice in your head can feel so real but Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) teaches us to pause and ask:
âIs this thought true?â
âIs it helping me grow or keeping me stuck?â
A woman once thought: âNobody cares about me.â
Then she remembered her sister sent airtime, her neighbor helped with food.
Truth: âThey care, just in quiet ways.â
Another woman said: âI keep failing.â
But she looked again and realized she had learned pricing, packaging, and marketing.
Truth: âIâm not failing. Iâm growing.â
One felt unloved because of her past.
Until she asked, âWould I say that to another woman like me?â
No. Sheâd say, âYou are still worthy.â
Sis, not every thought is truth.
Some are fear.
Some are shame.
And some are old pain.
But you can learn to answer them with healing.
