I'm not supposed to make a post about this, but the complaints about it are getting too much.
This morning, a client contacted me to say that a coach had sold him a tutorial video, and when he started asking questions about the tutorial video, the coach refused to answer.
Yesterday, another client contacted me and made the same complaint that online coaches don't respond to messages about questions once they sell tutorial.
I told her she would testify to my unique service by saying that I don't ignore questions after selling a tutorial.
To cut the story short, she bought one of my tutorial, and I'm glad that she was able to testify that I'm not one of those online coaches that don't respond to questions after selling tutorial.
She said she was happy to meet me; my videos are well-explanatory, and my after-sales service is top-notch despite the fact that I don't have millions of followers.
She even referred a friend immediately to me because her friend also bought a tutorial video and the coach didn't respond to her questions after selling the tutorial.
Well, I just want to say this: if you sell any course or tutorialas an online coach, always respond to questions about your course or video.
Stop spoiling the image of online coaches.
Also, be sure to fully know the course or tutorial that you want to sell before you start.
Don't just buy a course and start reselling it without even knowing what you are selling, because you will end up running into questions from people who bought your course, and there is no way you would give an answer to something you don't know.
