JUSTICE FOR MOHBAD: COURT FIXES NEW HEARING DATE FOR ORDER OF MANDAMUS CASE
The Break The Silence Foundation (BTSF) has announced a new hearing date in its ongoing legal pursuit of an Order of Mandamus relating to the quest for justice in the Mohbad case.
According to an official notice signed by BTSF Convener, Yomi Fabiyi, the matter has been adjourned to Thursday, June 25, 2026, before Hon. Justice James Omotosho at Court 7, Federal High Court, Abuja. Proceedings are scheduled to commence at 9:00 AM.
The Foundation stated that its lead counsel, Chief Tunde Falola (SAN) of Tunde Falola & Co., will be present to represent the case.
BTSF expressed appreciation to supporters, human rights advocates, and members of the public who have continued to stand behind the campaign for transparency, accountability, and justice.

The organization reaffirmed its commitment to pursuing all lawful avenues in the interest of justice and human rights.
