I recently finished reading The Billionaire Baker: Cakes, Clients and Cashflow by Victor Pace and I genuinely enjoyed it...

What stood out to me was how practical it is. It goes beyond baking and dives into things like attracting customers, pricing correctly, building a brand and creating a business that can actually grow.
My biggest takeaway? Talent alone isn't enough o you also need systems, strategy and consistency.
